These terms govern your use of RaheemAI (raheemai.ie), operated by Abdulraheem Ahmed, Dublin, Ireland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Guidance, not professional advice. RaheemAI is an AI research assistant for Irish building regulations. Its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or misinterpretations. They are not architectural, engineering, fire safety or legal advice, and they do not replace the official Technical Guidance Documents, a registered professional's judgment, or Building Control approval. Always verify anything you rely on against the official documents published at gov.ie before making a design, compliance or construction decision. Responsibility for compliance with the Building Regulations rests with the designer, builder and owner — not with this tool.

Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Free accounts include a limited question allowance which may change. We may offer paid plans with different terms.
You can delete your account at any time from the copilot menu or by emailing [email protected].

Acceptable use

No attempts to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service, to bypass question limits or access controls, or to scrape it at scale.
No unlawful content in your questions, and no personal data about others that you are not entitled to share.
We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Content and copyright

Answers may quote from the Irish Technical Guidance Documents (TGDs A–M), published by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage and reproduced under the Government of Ireland's public-sector information licensing (CC BY 4.0) with attribution. The official versions on gov.ie are authoritative.
You own your questions. You give us the right to store and process them to operate and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The RaheemAI name, branding and software are ours; don't reuse them without permission.

Service availability and changes

RaheemAI is an early-stage service provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or withdraw features at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on answers, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). If we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
